Houses
The sunny and spacious houses come in a variety of options, with two or three bedrooms and single or double car garages. Sizes range from 124m2 to 165m2, with private outdoor areas and generous space between neighbours.
Each house has walk-in wardrobes, a generous ensuite, tiled floor entranceway and kitchen, plus French doors in the living and dining areas.
Serviced Houses
For an extra level of service in independent houses, Alpine has The Butler Service, with additional benefits:
- A nutritious and convenient main meal delivered to your door 5 days per week (your choice of dinner or lunch).
- Weekly cleaning services to choose from a range of options.
- Your laundry taken care of once per week, with the option to use our linen; laundered each week.
Serviced Apartments
Serviced apartments are available in a range of sizes, with 40, 60 and 80m2 options. There are three service packages available, that procide a range of assistance and support.
The apartments all feature a private outdoor balcony or patio, individual laundry facilities, sprinkler systems, smoke alarms and nurse call bells for 24hour emergency assistance.
