Houses
The sunny and spacious houses come in a variety of options, with two or three bedrooms and single or double garages. Sizes range from 124 m2 to 165 m2, with private outdoor areas and generous space between neighbours.
Each house has walk-in wardrobes, a generous ensuite, tiled floor entranceway and kitchen, and French doors in the living and dining areas.
Serviced Houses
For an extra level of service in independent houses, Alpine has the Butler service, which offers the following additional benefits:
- A nutritious and convenient main meal delivered to your door 5 days per week (your choice of dinner or lunch).
- Weekly cleaning services, with a range of options.
- A weekly laundry service, with the option to use our linen.
Serviced Apartments
Serviced apartments are available in a range of sizes, with 40 m2, 60 m2 and 80 m2 options. There are three service packages available that provide a range of assistance and support.
The apartments all feature a private outdoor balcony or patio, individual laundry facilities, sprinkler systems, smoke alarms and nurse call bells for 24-hour emergency assistance.
