UNIQUE DESIGN
The unique design of Alpine View is characterised by its four completely separated wings which fan out from the central service and entrance areas and have been built to allow maximum light and sun into the bedrooms.

Simplicity is the key with the needs of the residents being the impetus for the design of the whole complex. Each wing comprises of 10 bedrooms and it's own lounge creating a relaxed environment. All doorways and corridors are wider than normal providing for ease of movement and wheelchair access.

The Alpine View complex covers an area of 14,000 square feet, all on one level and includes 39 single bedrooms and 8 double bedrooms (for couples).

DECOR AND ENVIRONMENT

Special interior styling features have been incorporated to bring character and elegance to this very functional well organised complex. They include steep pitched tongue and groove timber ceilings which give a feeling of space.

The decor is restful and cosy with pastel tonings combined with rimu and full carpeting. Set in three and a half acres of land, Alpine View has an open and unrestricted atmosphere with it's rural and mountain views' while landscaped gardens provide a lovely environment for residents. Each room has direct access to the gardens and pathways through ranch sliders.
