Activities & Fees
VISITORS
There is no restriction on visiting hours either at the home or for the residents being taken out. However, if possible visitors are asked to respect meal times and should advise staff when taking residents out. Medication may need to be obtained from the Nurse in charge of the duty to go out with the resident to enable these to be administered at the correct times.
 
ACTIVITIES
Alpine View has its own 12 seater mini bus. The home engages a full time specialist Activities Co-ordinator who organises a range of activities to meet the differing capabilities of the residents with everyone being encouraged to participate.

The participation of the residents in the Activities Programme is of great importance in promoting their socialisation, mental and physical stimulation and encouraging a general sense of vitality. Communication is encouraged through the increased stimulation in outside activities and a supportive atmosphere is developed increasing residents confidence and independence.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Everything is provided for residents comfort at Alpine View, however you are welcome to bring your own furniture and personal effects. We ask that all personal clothing be labeled.

Pets are able to be accommodated at the discretion of the management.
